A bright, indulgent and loveable cocktail. The Clover Club
Ingredients
- 45ml Republic of Fremantle Full Bodied Gin
- 20ml Lemon juice
- 20ml Simple Syrup
- 4-5 Raspberries
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 egg white
Method
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with one ice cube,
- Shake long and hard for 20 seconds to build foam,
- Top up the shaker with fresh ice and shake again, until icy cold.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe glass,
- Garnish with freeze dried raspberry powder, or a side of fresh raspberries.
