Enter our Distillery with a passion for good spirits and leave with your own custom 500ml bottle of Gin and a wealth of knowledge about the art distilling.

- Gin & Tonic on arrival
- Tutorial on distilling in a mini pot still
- 500ml bottle of your custom-distilled gin

Distillers Club
Session Times: 4pm - 8pm Friday
Duration: Minimum 1 hour
Cost: $110 per annum + $70 per bottle
Have you completed Gin School and want to experiment in perfecting your recipe? Distillers Club is the opportunity to do so!
A coming together of like minded Gin School graduates in a casual setting.
For an annual fee of $110 you’re able to utilise our stills, ingredients and expertise in a casual environment to hone your recipe or create something new.
Distillers Club members can create bottles of Gin for $70 each with no limit to how many you can create.
Join the club to continue refining your craft, test new ideas and enjoy the company of new and familiar faces.
What's included:
- Exclusive Gin Making sessions
- Opportunity to recreate or refine your gin recipe(s)
- $70 bottles of custom gin
- 10% discount off all Republic products, during Distillers Club events.
- $10 Gin and Tonics, during Distiller Club events.

Cocktail School
Session Times: 5pm Friday, 2pm Saturday and Sunday

Join the Republic of Fremantle Cocktail School for an intimate cocktail masterclass with one of the Republic’s expert bartenders. Sit back and relax, as you're guided through the art of cocktail making, from how to make your own ingredients, to pre-batching ahead of a dinner party and tips and tricks to make perfectly balanced drinks.

Tour & Taste

We'll share tales of the Republic, the history of craft distilling and you'll discover more on our innovative grape to glass distilling process. Many years were spent in pursuit of perfection. From grape selection to the design of our stills, no piece of the Republic of Fremantle was without expert consideration and planning.
