The flight includes three of our bottled Negroni cocktail tastings:

• Negroni Bianco: A bright, aromatic take on the classic. Our Aromatic Gin is blended with elderflower and grapefruit to create a lighter, floral expression with vibrant citrus lift and gentle bitterness.
• Barrel Aged Negroni: Our Barrel Aged Negroni is a constantly evolving project in collaboration with a selection of WA's finest wineries. This project speaks to the heart of the Republic story, from grape to glass.
• Negroni Classico: A balanced take on the classic. Republic Full Bodied Gin, Campari and a house blend of vermouth form the backbone, while cascara and wattleseed add depth, warmth and a touch of red-fruit complexity..
