Be among the first to experience our 2025 Limited Release Barrel Aged Negroni, created in collaboration with acclaimed Margaret River winemaker Mr Barval. This year’s release is another bold evolution of the classic – rich, complex, and utterly distinctive.
Hosted by Republic’s Head Distiller Tom Hutchings and Mr Barval Winemaker Rob Gherardi, you’ll taste the inspiration behind the blend: Mr Barval’s limited Nebbia – a stunning expression of Nebbiolo grapes – and discover how its character has been layered into our Negroni through oak aging and meticulous craftsmanship.
Enjoy tastings of both the wine and the finished Barrel Aged Negroni, alongside light snacks – with the option to take home a full bottle of this year’s limited release.
