Brandy Old Fashioned – Cocktail

A classic cocktail reimagined, our Brandy Old Fashioned is built from Republic of Fremantle’s 2 year old brandy reserves, bringing depth, warmth and a soft stone fruit character to a timeless serve.

A splash of apricot liqueur adds gentle sweetness and a lifted fruit profile, while orange bitters provide structure and a touch of spice. A precise addition of saline ties the elements together, enhancing aromatics, rounding the palate and delivering a clean, lingering finish.

Rich and balanced, familiar yet distinct, this is an Old Fashioned designed for easy enjoyment without compromise. Perfect for those already drawn to darker spirits, or a great introduction for those curious to explore them.
