Introducing the fifth release of our Barrel Aged Negroni, crafted in collaboration with MR BARVAL. This edition is shaped by the aromatic character of Mr Barval’s Nebbia — a youthful Nebbiolo full of bright fruit, floral lift and fine acidity — bringing an elegant evolution to the classic Negroni.

The palate opens with immediate freshness: orange peel and a bittersweet core from Campari and Punt e Mes. Nebbia layers in ripe cherry, lifted acidity and dusty, dry tannins for a distinctly wine-like structure, while our barrel-aged gin anchors the blend with vanilla, fresh tobacco leaf and a gentle oak finish.

A refined, complex Negroni for those who appreciate depth, finesse and balance.

How to Drink
Chill the bottle in the fridge or an ice bath. Pour over quality ice and garnish with a wedge of orange.
