Introducing an intimate culinary journey led by Republic of Fremantle's Head Chef Rene Mobius, tasting premium cuts kissed by the flames of our wood fire oven alongside an innovative and elegantly paired cocktail menu.
Whilst delighting in this carnivorous feast, you'll hear from Futari Wagyu about their fullblood Wagyu herd, considered one of the best in Australia, with genetics tracing back to the Japanese Grand Sire Tajiri.
For enthusiasts of Wagyu and fine spirits, this is an event not to be missed. Innovative cuts will be explored throughout the menu in new and inventive ways, such as an A5 Flank, dusted with Togarashi, served alongside confit cipollini onion and coal-roasted potato.
