Whilst tasting wagyu prepared in a range of recipes and sipping on elegant cocktails, you'll hear from Futari Wagyu about their full-blooded wagyu herd, considered one of the best in Australia and tracing their bloodline back to the Japanese Grand Sire Tajiri.
