Vodka Tonic

Specialty Cocktail

Vodka Tonic

First, make the Raspberry Infused Signature Vodka adding 100g frozen raspberries and 500ml (1 bottle) Republic of Fremantle Signature Vodka into a sealable jar for 24 hours. Then, fine strain and rebottle your infusion. This can be stored in the fridge for up to three months.

To make your Raspberry Vodka Tonic

  • 45ml Raspberry Infused Signature Vodka
  • Dry Tonic
  • Good quality ice
  • Grapefruit slice to garnish

Negroni

Specialty Cocktail

Negroni

Deceptively elegant, bright and clean tasting Italian classic cocktail.

30ml Full Bodied Gin
20ml Campari
20ml sweet vermouth
Small pinch of sea salt

Add all ingredients to a lowball glass.
Fill glass with good ice and stir for 20 seconds.
Garnish with an orange slice.
French 75

French 75

A sophisticated and refreshing champagne cocktail.

30ml Aromatic gin
15ml fresh Lemon juice
7.5ml 1:1 sugar syrup water
Champagne or sparkling wine

Add all ingredients except champagne to a cocktail shaker. Shake and double strain into a chilled champagne glass. Top with champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.

Wet Martini

Wet Martini

The original martini. The more vermouth, the 'wetter' the martini.

45ml Aromatic Gin
15ml dry vermouth

Add ingredients to a mixing glass. Stir for at least 20 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist, spraying the oils liberally over the glass.

Bees Knees

Luxurious and fresh with a citrus sting in the tail.

50ml Full Bodied Gin
30ml fresh lemon juice
20ml 1:1 eucalyptus honey syrup
Small pinch of salt

Add all ingredients to shaker. Shake with good ice and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

EUCALYPTUS SYRUP: 100ml boiling water & 100ml eucalyptus honey, combined in heatproof bowl and store in fridge.
