Raspberry Infused Vodka Tonic Recipe
A classic taken to the next level, with a raspberry infusion
First, make the Raspberry Infused Signature Vodka
- 100g frozen raspberries
- 500ml (1 bottle) Republic of Fremantle Signature Vodka
Add raspberries and vodka to a sealable jar, then leave for 24 hours at room temperature. Then, fine strain and rebottle your infusion. This can be stored in the fridge for up to three months.
To make your Raspberry Vodka Tonic
- 45ml Raspberry Infused Signature Vodka
- Dry Tonic
- Good quality ice
- Grapefruit slice to garnish
Method
- Pour vodka into highball glass
- Fill with plenty of ice
- Top with cold tonic, and garnish
