Raspberry Clouds Cocktail Recipe
Introducing Rina Freiberg's Raspberry Clouds recipe, featuring Republic of Fremantle Signature Vodka
Ingredients
- 35ml Republic of Fremantle Signature Vodka
- 15ml Yuzushu
- 15ml fresh lemon juice
- 15ml agave syrup
- 4 fresh raspberries
- 3 drops of wonderfoam (or egg white)
- 30ml Champagne
- Ice
- Freeze dried raspberry powder to garnish
Method
- Chill a coupe glass in the freezer
- Shake all ingredients (except champagne) in a cocktail shaker until very cold
- Fill glass with 30ml champagne
- Fine strain cocktail out of the cocktail shaker over champagne into your coupe glass
- Lastly, garnish with your freeze dried raspberry powder
