Negroni lovers, you're not going to want to miss the launch event of our new 2023 Limited Release Barrel Aged Negroni.
- Price: $140pp includes 4-course lunch menu + 2 cocktails + 2 wines

Prepare for an incredible dining experience in the Distillery Restaurant, with a four-course menu curated by Head Chef Emily Jones. Each dish will be expertly matched with a Republic of Fremantle Negroni cocktail or a La Violetta Wine. Plus, be among the first to taste our new Barrel Aged Negroni release.
This year we've collaborated with WA winemaker, La Violetta to make our 2023 Limited Release Barrel Aged Negroni - and we're celebrating with lunch & Barrel Aged Negroni's.
The lunch will be hosted by Republic of Fremantle Head Distiller, Tom Hutchings and La Violetta Winemaker, Andrew J Hoadley. Hutchings and Hoadley will dive into the story of the making of this year's Barrel Aged Negroni.
