Prepare to embark on a culinary journey celebrating the rich heritage and evolution of Swan Valley's juicy Grenache, harmoniously paired with the bittersweet allure of Campari.
On the day, you’ll indulge in a four-course menu curated by Head Chef, Rene Mobius, where each dish is thoughtfully paired with either a Republic of Fremantle Negroni cocktail or an exquisite Chouette Wine.
This year we've collaborated with WA winemaker, Chouette Wines to make our 2024 Limited Release Barrel Aged Negroni - and we're celebrating with lunch & Barrel Aged Negronis.
This immersive event will feature an in-depth exploration of the creation of this year's Barrel Aged Negroni, led by Head Distiller Tom Hutchings & Chouette Winemaker Tom Daniels.
Both Toms will share the fascinating story behind this year's blend, delving into how the Swan Valley wine region has inspired the recipe development and the intricate process of barrel aging.
