Silky-smooth vodka is at the heart of a great cosmopolitan recipe

Republic of Fremantle's Signature Vodka promises the perfect splash, made from Verdelho grapes harvested from 100-year-old vines, distilled firstly into eau de vie and then vodka.

INGREDIENTS

• Republic of Fremantle Signature Vodka
• 100g Frozen raspberries
• 15ml Fresh lime juice
• 4tsp Orange marmalade
• Small pinch of salt

FIRST MAKE RASPBERRY INFUSED SIGNATURE VODKA

Add 100g of frozen raspberries to 500mL of Signature Vodka and let infuse for 24hrs in a sealable jar at room temperature.

NEXT, SHAKE YOUR COSMO

• Add 45ml of your raspberry infused signature vodka, lime juice, orange marmalade and salt to a cocktail shaker
• Shake with good ice and double strain into a chilled coupette glass
