IL Mandarino Spritz - Salute!

With a love of quality food and drink, Republic of Fremantle and The ReStore have come together with a shared commitment to celebrating Perth as a home of great producers and purveyors.

Rooted in tradition and inspired by modern drinking culture, the collaboration combines Republic’s grape-based spirits with The ReStore’s Italian heritage and ethos, producing a collection of Amaro-based drinks designed for contemporary aperitivo moments.

iL Mandarino was crafted as the perfect accompaniment to a Conti roll. It only made sense. A 6% Amaro Fresco–based spritz with a backbone of locally grown mandarin, made for late-lunch sipping through the aperitivo and into the evening.
