For our 2026 Barrel Aged Negroni, we’ve partnered with Truffle Hill Estate, renowned for their wines and as one of Australia’s largest producers of Black Périgord truffles.

Our Full Bodied Gin, Campari and Antica Formula Vermouth were rested in oak for three months, softening the classic Negroni bitterness while adding layers of vanilla, spice and toasted oak. We then returned a portion of Truffle Hill’s 2022 Merlot to the blend, bringing subtle fruit, structure and richness.

The final touch: an infusion of fresh Black Périgord truffle.

The result is unmistakably Negroni at first, bittersweet orange, spice and botanicals, before the truffle gradually reveals itself through the finish. Subtle, earthy and beautifully aromatic, it intertwines with the oak and vanilla to create a rich, savoury and deeply complex Negroni.

Serve over ice with a generous orange peel, a sprig of rosemary, or both.
