Amaro Fresco – Salute!

With a shared love of quality food and drink, Republic of Fremantle and The ReStore come together to celebrate Perth as a home of exceptional producers and purveyors.

Whilst discussing the joy of Amaro the partnership decided we had the skill and palate to make our own, so we did. Together we blended and balanced what we believe is a truly elegant Amaro. Rounded on all edges, with a silken palate of spicy and citrus. A refined reflection of Italian drinking culture, created in Fremantle.

Amaro Fresco is the backbone of the Re Store suite of products, built on a charred Chinotto base overlayed with bright bittersweet citrus blended throughout. A 6 month journey of flavour development chasing wild spice down dark alleys and into the light. Amaro Fresco is riddled with gentian bitterness but like Nonna this Amaro doesn’t need to bite, because love conquers all.
