In the Republic of Fremantle Distillery Bar, we bring our from scratch ethos to life in our cocktail and aperitivo style snack menu as we celebrate fresh local produce and other passionate craftspeople.
The team take inspiration from our distilling ethos, to ensure great spirits are at the forefront of every sip.
Most recipes are not to try at home unless you have a bioscience degree and a blowtorch. Our team are expertly crafting modern signatures and twisted classics, with ingredients sourced locally or house made, from scratch in the Bar.

Walk-ins welcome or a limited number of table bookings available when you book the Snack Selection Menu $30pp.
