We then returned a portion of Truffle Hill’s 2022 Merlot to the blend, bringing subtle fruit, structure and richness.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003eThe final touch: an infusion of fresh Black Périgord truffle.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003eThe result is unmistakably Negroni at first, bittersweet orange, spice and botanicals, before the truffle gradually reveals itself through the finish.
