Republic of Fremantle's favourite goats cheese supplier, Local Goat produce small-batch, artisan cheeses, just west of Gin Gin. Their goats cheeses reflect the clean, natural environment of the Northern Valleys.

This culinary cheese feast comes with an expertly curated list of cocktail pairings by the Republic of Fremantle bar team. Each craft cocktail staging their meticulously crafted vodka and gin's made from Swan Valley Verdelho.
