It's not a summer soirée without an oyster bar with fresh Albany Rock Oysters shucked in front of you. Choose your own garnish from a tasty selection created by Republic of Fremantle Head Chef Emily Jones, including exceptional vodka and gin-infused dressings. Plus experience the Albany Akoya, a seafood treasure that grows native to WA.
Be delighted by a selection of seafood canape dishes flowing throughout the evening. The bar will be offering up a summer menu of perfectly paired cocktails, all crafted with Republic of Fremantle’s flagship range of spirits.
